SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

These SMS Messaging Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Truth Technologies LLC dba PropertyFleet.ai ("PropertyFleet," "we," "us") through the PropertyFleet platform. They explain what messages you may receive, how you opt in, and how you can stop messages at any time.

1. Program description

The PropertyFleet SMS Notifications program sends transactional text messages from Truth Technologies LLC dba PropertyFleet.ai to the mobile number you provide. These include:

• Property alerts
• Maintenance updates
• Lease reminders
• Payment reminders
• Account activity notifications

Messages may include updates from your AI property manager (Stewart) about activity on your properties. This is a transactional program — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How you opt in (consent)

A property owner opts in during account signup at propertyfleet.ai/auth/signup by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default box that reads:

By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from PropertyFleet about your property, which include updates, reminders, and property information. Message frequency varies and you can change your settings at anytime. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The checkbox is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using the Service. Tenants may also receive replies when they text a property's published phone number first; in that case the tenant initiates the conversation and our assistant (Stewart) responds. By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive SMS notifications from PropertyFleet. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Truth Technologies LLC dba PropertyFleet.ai does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. How to stop messages (opt out)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to that number. To resume messages later, reply START.

6. Help and support

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected]. Carrier support is also available from your mobile provider.

7. Supported carriers

Compatible with most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
