Subprocessors

Effective July 2026

Truth Technologies LLC dba PropertyFleet.ai ("PropertyFleet," "we," "us") uses the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") below to operate the platform. Each receives only the data needed for its function and processes it solely to provide its service to us, not for its own purposes. We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Anthropic

Large language model inference for Stewart — AI advisory replies, summaries, and document understanding. Data: property/owner/vendor names, phone numbers, message bodies, and document content (e.g. leases, statements) included in a request. Region: United States.

OpenAI

Text embeddings for document search (retrieval). Data: extracted document text converted to numeric vectors. Region: United States.

Retell AI

Inbound voice agent for tenant calls, when enabled. Data: call audio and transcripts, plus a per-property contact directory (name and last 4 digits of phone number) stored to power caller identification. Region: United States.

Supabase

Application database and encrypted file storage. Data: property and tenant operational records and uploaded documents. Region: United States.

SendGrid

Outbound and inbound transactional email. Data: email address and message content. Region: United States.

Twilio

SMS/text message delivery. Data: mobile number and message body, solely to transmit messages you request; never for marketing. Region: United States.

Stripe

Payment processing and subscription billing. Data: billing identifiers and card tokens (PCI-scoped). Region: United States.

RentCast

Public property-record lookups during onboarding. Data: a property address you enter. Region: United States.

Google Maps

Address lookup, autocomplete, and mapping. Data: a property address you enter. Region: United States.

GoHighLevel

Marketing-site contact intake and CRM. Data: contact details you submit through our public website (name, email, phone, message). Region: United States.

We engage each subprocessor under written terms and are working to confirm a data-processing agreement with each provider; the status of those agreements is tracked internally. We do not sell your data, and no subprocessor may use it for its own purposes.
